The building's heating, air conditioning, and ventilation are provided by fourteen rooftop packaged units, four condensing units, four unit heaters, and five exhaust fans. In order to access the low roof section, a wall-mounted steel ladder is located along the west side of the main electrical room. Windows found on the exterior wall consists of tinted glazing in painted aluminum framing.
